At Hummus Fit Brookfield, we process all orders within 24-48 hours after placing. We do not offer UPS shipping. Instead, we provide local delivery to qualified zip codes and offer pickup options.

Dry Ice Notice:
Some orders may contain dry ice (-78.5°C / -109.3°F) in order to help maintain freshness. Handle with care to avoid burns. Ensure proper ventilation to prevent pressure buildup. Dry ice is not for consumption. By accepting this shipment, you agree to follow all handling guidelines and regulations.
Local Pickup & Delivery:
Hummus Fit Brookfield offers pickup and local delivery as follows:
Pickup Available:
• Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays between 10 AM - 7 PM
• Orders placed by Friday at 11:59 PM can be picked up or delivered as early as Sunday.
• Orders placed by Sunday at 11:59 PM can be picked up starting Wednesday.
Local Delivery:
• Deliveries are available on Sundays to qualified zip codes.
• You’ll receive a text when your driver is on the way.
Shipping & Pickup Confirmation:
• If you selected pickup, we’ll notify you via email when your meals are ready.
• If you selected local delivery, you’ll receive a text when your driver is en route.

1. Can I buy individual meals in-store?
Yes! You can walk in and purchase meals or snacks anytime during store hours.
2. Can I place an online order and pick it up immediately?
No, but you can stop by anytime to purchase meals in-store.
3. How far do you deliver?
We currently deliver locally to qualified zip codes near Brookfield, CT. Enter your zip code at checkout to see if you're eligible.
4. How much does local delivery cost?
Local delivery is $15.
5. What if I’m not home for my local delivery?
Your meals are packed in insulated packaging and some may contain dry ice. If you have concerns, contact us for assistance.
6. Can I modify my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed for fulfillment. If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible at hummusfitbrookfield@yahoo.com or call 203-740-9200, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Orders can only be edited within the first 24hrs due to the fresh nature of the meals.
7. How long do the meals stay fresh?
Our meals are made fresh and should be refrigerated immediately upon pickup or delivery. They typically last 5-7 days in the fridge. If you need to store them longer, we recommend freezing them for extended freshness.
8. Can someone else pick up my order for me?

9. Do you offer any discounts for bulk orders?

10. What happens if I don’t pick up my order on the scheduled day?
