All of our muffins contain dairy, but we now offer gluten free muffins! Make sure to check the product details to look for the gluten free mention in the photos.
Some flavors use a mix of stevia, sugar alcohols, and artificial flavoring due to the protein powder in our muffins.
There are no added sugars. We use sweeteners like Truvia, brown sugar Truvia, and erythritol.
