For best flavor, eat at room temperature. Can be refrigerated & frozen up to 3 months. Item has a shelf life of 10-14 days upon receiving. Please keep in airtight container if removed from the original bags / containers to preserve freshness.

Local Long Island Delivery Details:
We deliver to Nassau and Suffolk counties on Long Island every Sunday and Wednesday for a $15 fee. Orders placed by Friday at 11:59 PM are delivered on Sunday, and orders placed by Sunday at 11:59 PM are delivered on Wednesday. Meals are packed in insulated packaging to stay fresh, even if you’re not home.
Local Long Island Pickup Details:
You can pick up your orders at any Hummus Fit location on Sundays or Wednesdays. Orders placed by Friday at 11:59 PM are ready on Sunday, and those placed by Sunday at 11:59 PM are ready on Wednesday. Fresh meals and snacks are also available for walk-in purchases during store hours (10 AM to 7 PM).
